predict something with a crystal ball and you are a nut case. predict something with a computer and you are a scientist!! to global warming I say bah-humbug! nothing but great scare mongering once again to invent some new disaster and to make a whole bunch of rules and money for a few, paid for by the many!! sure treat our planet better but don’t be ridiculous about it. oh and for the rest of you ‘the sky is falling the sky is falling!’

There is information regarding this topic all over the net many of which refute Kyoto but say that going green may be in the long run needed but if we are to do this we should pay only a few billion and fully convert rather than trillions on kyoto…

I read today in the NYT about Volcker being marginalized in the Obama WH in respect to his advise on how to obviate another financial crisis. I wrote a post on it arguing that the nation’s financial houses are apparently able to squeeze out even a credible voice that is no longer in their financial interest. I am much less surprised to find this going on, than that Barak Obama and those he has selected as his advisers are represented here as being on the side of the financial culprits. A case of cooptation, I believe. I’m assuming that Barak wants a second term pretty bad and is willing to… (you know)

Nothing can predict the future and indicators only measure the past. Human behaviour (praxeology), credit extension/contraction (inflation/deflation) and the contrarian observation of the garbage flogged by politicians, MSM and mainstream economists will give you a better feel.
